Tony and his brother Sergio run a tight, in-house operation. Design happens at the kitchen table, fabrication happens in the shop, and we’re the same people who show up on install day.
Tony's Iron Works started the same way most good iron shops do — one welder, one truck, one good reputation. Tony and his brother Sergio grew the work by doing it the long way: sketching every gate by hand, picking the steel themselves, welding what they sketched, and installing what they welded. No subcontractors, no day-laborers, no “we’ll send a guy.”
Today we serve fifty-plus cities across Northern California from a Vacaville shop. The crew is still small, the lead times are still honest, and the quote you get on day one is still the price you pay on install day.
If you can sketch it, we can build it. If we can’t, we’ll tell you on the phone — before you’ve invested anything.
The welders who build your gate are the ones who install it. No hand-offs, no excuses.
You see the gate before we cut a single piece of steel. Changes are free at the design stage.
Pool fencing, ADA railings, IBC handrail spec — built right the first time. No re-do calls.
Truck-mounted welder for repairs and retrofits. Most calls answered inside the same business week.
Tony and his crew are incredibly professional, friendly, and very skilled at their work. We hired them to replace iron lettering on our front gate and they did a fantastic job. He was great at communication and delivered a beautiful product ahead of schedule. We are very happy with Tony and recommend him to all.
Tony built our custom gate in Calistoga. So much better than we imagined — a one-of-a-kind design that exceeded our expectations. All of our friends and neighbors have complimented us on the property enhancement. Thank you, Tony and brother Sergio.
Tony was awesome — was able to fit me in within days and did a great job adjusting my gate. I highly recommend him.
Tell us the address and the rough idea. We’ll come look. If we’re a fit, we’ll quote it on the spot.
